all other activities, into this newly formed subsidiary. We have

ample scope for our resellers to yield benefit out of it, and retain
excellent margins by selling in retail for 3 to 4 times higher prices.
We are constantly adding features to our reseller plans, so that
their dependance on us is minimised. Not only do they have a powerful
control panel to manage their clients, we have provided with a controlpanel
even for their end users. The reseller can do a number of variations,
in the look and feel, package configurations, scripts, reports,
etc. to their end users, as per his commercial terms with his client.

they want, rather than enforcing our choices on them.
